Tracking your tasks has never been easier

Step 1 Activate My tasks

Click on My tasks in the left sidebar of your board. Then, click on Start tracking tasks to import all the Items assigned to you from every board you’re a part of.

Step 2 Group your tasks

Choose how you want to group your Items: by date, status, board, or none.

Step 3 Select your boards

Click on the gear icon in the top right corner of the view and navigate to the Boards section. Check off all the boards you want to include in My tasks.

Step 4 Customize the view

While in the Settings panel, you can also decide if you want the page to show completed Items and Subitems. Also, you can choose not to include empty groups in the view.


If you’re on the PRO or ENTERPRISE plan, you can change the assigned person here too, and see what other team members are working on.

Step 5 Add new tasks

Click on New Item/Subitem and choose the destination board. After clicking on Proceed, you’ll get a modal where you can add all the necessary details.


Don’t forget to assign yourself to the Item/Subitem to ensure it shows up on the My tasks page.

Can I use My tasks for free?

Yes, My tasks is available on all Plaky plans, including the free one.

How can I organize the My tasks page?

You can choose how you want your tasks to be organized: by date, by status, by board, or by none (no grouping). In the Settings panel, you can also check off all the boards you want to include in the overview.

Can I add new tasks from this view?

Yes, you can. Just click on the New Item/Subitem button, select the destination board, and fill out the details in the modal.

Can I hide completed tasks?

Yes, you can hide complete Items and Subitems by toggling that option off in the Settings panel.

Is it possible to see my team's tasks?

Yes, on Plaky's PRO and ENTERPRISE plans, you can change the assigned person and get an overview of a specific team member’s tasks.
