Just like a spreadsheet, the Table view is organized into rows and columns, letting you see your project data in a structured grid.
Showing tasks across different stages, the Kanban view groups tasks into cards according to status, allowing for flexible real-time progress tracking.
Transforming project data into a dynamic visual map, the Gantt view shows tasks on a timeline, giving you a clear insight into progress and bottlenecks at a glance.
Intended to make data analysis simple, the Chart view shows your tasks in pie or bar charts, offering a highly visual representation of your project’s performance.
Click on the + sign in the left sidebar and choose to create a new board from scratch, template, or file.
Populate your board with Items and Subitems to reflect your project data.
Click on the + sign next to the default Main table view and pick which new board view you want to generate: Table, Kanban, Chart, or Gantt (paid plans only). The new view will automatically pop up.
You can use sorting and filtering options to customize your views, as well as rename and add a view to Favorites or make it private. Depending on the view you go for, you can also use settings to tailor the view further to your needs.

Yes, though certain limitations apply depending on the plan you’re subscribed to. Table, Kanban, and Chart views are available on all plans, while the Gantt view is available on PRO and ENTERPRISE plans.
Apart from adding new custom fields, you can also use sorting and filtering options to customize what data is shown in each view. The Table view can be further tailored with Conditional coloring, which lets you color-code project data based on different criteria.
