#ADMINISTRATION
Manage who can access your Boards with board permissions and keep sensitive data secure at all times.
Get started
Use board permissions to manage who can view, edit, or delete board content. Prevent unwanted changes and limit access to team members based on their roles and responsibilities.
Public Boards are visible to anyone in the Space (Owners, Members, Viewers). This means that your entire team can view any content in a Public Board.
Private Boards are visible only to Board Owners and other users who have been invited to join the Board (Admins, Members, or Viewers).
Members can change both the Board’s structure and content — add, edit, or delete Items, Subitems, Fields, Public and Private Views, Comments, Files, Groups, and Field values. Additionally, they can use Filter, Summary Row, Rename Board, Sort, and other functionalities to further organize the Board.
Members can only change the Board’s content — add, edit, or delete Items, Subitems, Comments, Files, Private Views, and Field values. They cannot change the Board’s structure, views, or settings.
Members can view all of the Board's content, but can only add, edit, or delete their own Comments, Files, and Private Views.
