Have control over projects with board permissions

Public board

Public boards are visible to all team members (owner, member, viewer) within your account, therefore any content created in a public board is available to all team members.

Private board

Private boards are visible only to board owners and team members (member, viewer) that were invited to join the board.

Edit everything

Enables team members to fully edit the board, including adding, editing, and deleting fields, changing statuses, creating and modifying board views, and performing all available actions on the board.

Edit content

Team members can change the board's content like adding, editing, or deleting items, updating field values, attaching files, and leaving comments, but they can't alter the board's structure, settings, or permissions.

Write updates only

Users can view the board, write updates, and edit or delete their own updates. It's useful for customers or collaborators to follow project progress on a shared board.
