Notifications can be set so as to meet the preferences of each team member. They can be received through a notification center within the app and by email.
You can choose to receive notifications only for items that are assigned to you, or for items that you're following. This way, you can stay up-to-date on the progress of tasks that are most relevant to your work.
Each notification that you access from a bell or email provides a shortcut for you to instantly act & reply. This way team members can stay informed and collaborate together more effectively.

Notifications can be received on mobile devices and Plaky is available on Android & iOS, which means that team members can receive updates no matter where they are or what device they're using. This allows team members to stay connected even when they're on the go.
Managing notifications has never been easier
Bell or also known as desktop notifications are a type of notification that appears on a user's computer screen, homed under the bell icon.
Types of notifications:
. Type of event (subscribed, assigned, mentioned, changed).
. Name of User that triggered the event that includes you (e.g. assigned you to Item)
. Additional details of the type of event.
Email Notifications are received in your email inbox and typically contain the following information:
. Name of the Member that performed the event and triggered the action.
. Details of the Board, Group, Item or Field in which you were mentioned
. Link in the Email Notification which takes you to the relevant place in Plaky (Board/Group/Item/Column) where the action you were notified of occurred.
Choose types of events for which you’d like to receive bell or email notifications and adjust them according to your needs.
. Click the three dots menu in the Bell Notification tile.
. Choose Manage these notifications from the dropdown.
. You’ll jump to your Account menu.
. Configure your Notifications according to your preferences.
