Spaces viewing types
Open space
They serve as a shared space where team members of cross-functional teams, or groups are working on common projects and share information.
With open spaces:
- Any team member can join.
- Any team member will have access to all Main boards and any Private/Shareable boards they have been invited to.
Closed space
Closed Spaces are ideal for personal organization and private or sensitive projects, offering a dedicated area for managing boards, tasks, and information.
With closed spaces:
- Any team members can join by invite or request to join.
- Users have access to all Public board, and any private/shareable boards they've been invited to.
