How to integrate Clockify with Plaky

Step 1 Create an account

Both Clockify and Plaky are part of the CAKE.com Productivity Suite. By creating a CAKE.com Account for either product, you instantly get access to both.

Step 2 Set up your workspaces

To connect Plaky to Clockify, you need to have active workspaces in both apps.

Step 3 Connect Plaky with your Clockify project

Click on the three dots in the top right corner of your project board and select Time tracker. Choose your preferred Clockify workspace and project from the dropdown menus.

Also, toggle the “Project is editable” setting to allow users to switch projects when tracking time on their items.

Step 4 Track time in Plaky

Start and stop the timer directly in the item card, or add time manually, along with all key task details. You can also edit or delete time entries directly in Plaky’s UI, before running time reports in Clockify.
