Customizing the summary row in Plaky lets you personalize the data displayed at the bottom of your board.

You can choose which columns to include, set custom formulas for calculations, and adjust key project details like task completion, deadlines, or progress. It gives you e quick access to the most important information for effective project tracking.

See a summary of your data from different views

Summary row in Table view

The summary row acts as a handy tool to gather and present essential metrics from specific fields like Numbers, Status, Tag, Person, and Date. You can easily activate or deactivate it for a board through the View settings.

Once activated, it appears under each item group, showing all relevant fields by default. Customize it further for each field, adjusting settings like unit, alignment, and aggregation function (like Count, Summation, or Average), as well as customize how fields like Status, Tag, and Date are displayed for more tailored data analysis.

Summary row in Kanban view

The summary row is applicable to the Status field and is implemented at the Board view level.

Once you turn it on, it adds a summary after each group, showing all Status Fields. If your Kanban isn't grouped, there's just one summary. Filters change what's shown.

Clicking a color highlights that group, making it easier to find. It also scrolls to show the status field for more details.
