The Summary Row is used to aggregate data from multiple fields, such as counting the number of tasks, calculating total costs, or averaging performance scores.
Visualize important metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) at a glance, making it easier for you and your team to track progress and identify trends.
The summary row gathers and presents essential metrics from specific fields like Numbers, Status, Tag, Person, and Date.
You can easily activate or deactivate it for a board through the View settings.
Once activated, it appears under each item group, showing all relevant fields by default.
Customize it further for each field, adjusting settings like unit, alignment, and aggregation function (like Count, Summation, or Average), as well as customize how fields like Status, Tag, and Date are displayed for more tailored data analysis.
The summary row is applicable to the Status field and is implemented at the Board view level.
Once you turn it on, it adds a summary after each group, showing all Status Fields. If your Kanban isn't grouped, there's just one summary. Filters change what's shown.
Clicking a color highlights that group, making it easier to find. It also scrolls to show the status field for more details.
