Frequently asked questions
Is the Free plan really free?
Yes, Free plan offered by Plaky app is indeed free. While some features are available only on PRO and Enterprise plans, the features accessible on Free plan are genuinely available without any cost. Check out this text for a detailed breakdown of features included in each plan.
Can I try out the paid features?
Absolutely! For each newly-created Organization, a 14-day trial will be triggered automatically at the moment of creation.
What is a seat in Plaky?
Each active and invited user on any paid plan requires a user seat, regardless of their role (Member, Admin). When upgrading from Free to a paid plan, you need to purchase a seat for each user of your organization, except for Viewers, who do not occupy seats. Every organization subscribed to a Paid plan has the option to add viewers at no additional cost.
How am I billed when I add paid users to a Space?
If you add any new seats to your Organization during the current billing cycle, you’ll be immediately charged a prorated price for the rest of the billing cycle.
Which pricing plan is right for me?
Determining the right pricing plan for your organization depends on various factors. When making the decision, consider the size of your organization, the number of users who will be utilizing the app, and the specific features that are essential for your business operations.
Can I switch between plans?
Certainly! You have the flexibility to easily upgrade or downgrade your subscription, as well as switch between monthly and yearly billing periods as per your Organization needs. Upgrades take effect immediately upon selection, while downgrades are applied at the end of your current billing cycle.
What happens if I cancel?
Don’t worry! If you cancel your paid subscription, your Organization will be seamlessly downgraded to Free plan after your current billing cycle ends, and you'll still have access to all the features and benefits that our Free plan offers.
Do you offer refunds?
We don't offer refunds, but if you remove user seats, we calculate a prorated amount for the unused seats and convert it into a credit that will be applied to your next invoice, ensuring that you receive the full value of the unused seats.
What types of payments do you accept?
To ensure secure and efficient transactions, we exclusively accept credit card payments for the time being. This payment method allows for a seamless experience, providing you with peace of mind and a convenient way to complete your transactions.
Are there any additional taxes?
Please note that our prices do not include taxes by default. However, specific taxes applicable to your purchase may be determined based on your country's regulations and included in the overall price that you pay for your subscription.
