News: CHANGE IN TERMINOLOGY

To enhance clarity and to sync with the terminology used across our other platforms (Clockify and Pumble), we plan to update the names of two hierarchy-related features in Plaky. This change will be implemented into two stages.

Firstly, the “Workspace” - where all your team or department projects are stored, will now be referred to as “Space”, marking the initial phase of this change.

The second change involves the name "Organization," - representing your account or company, which will transition to "Workspace" in the second phase.

Importantly, these changes won't impact your workflow, so there's no need for adaptation; simply familiarize yourself with the new terms and continue seamlessly managing your projects with Plaky.

If you want to evaluate the progress of your project, communicate information to stakeholders, or conduct additional data analysis, now you have the option to export a Board in CSV format within Plaky.

Customize the export according to your needs.You can choose to export the Item group as the first field, Field names as the first row in your CSV, and to Export only visible data.

Introducing: ACTIVITY LOG

See what happens in a board or an item.

Track your team’s tasks and keep up with the activities on board or Item. There are several types of activity logs:

Board Activity Log:

past activities done on board from status change or update, adding comments, deleting Items or assigning team members to board.

Item Activity Log:

tracks all updates made to one item, from time of change, author of the change, name of the board, previous and new value.

Last Seen:

displays the name and time when the team member has last seen the board. This way, you can see who uses the board and keeps up with the team’s activities and how often.
