Duplicate Board

There are three ways in which Boards can be duplicated:

• Structure only (bare bone structure of the Board)
• Structure and items (structure, Fields and Items)
• Structure, items and updates (structure, Fields, Items, added comments, files and any other update that has been made)

Duplicate structure #

To duplicate the structure:

1. Navigate to the Board you want to duplicate
2. Click the three dots to open the menu
3. Choose Duplicate
4. Choose Structure only in What to duplicate field
5. Check Keep subscribers box to copy the Members added to the Board
6. Click Duplicate Board

The Board with the duplicated structure will appear in the sidebar on the left.

Duplicate structure and Items #

To duplicate the structure and the Items:

1. Navigate to the Board you want to duplicate
2. Click the three dots to open the menu
3. Choose Duplicate
4. Choose Structure & items in What to duplicate field
5. Check Keep subscribers box to copy the Members added to the Board
6. Click Duplicate Board

The Board with the duplicated structure and Items will appear in the sidebar on the left.

Duplicate structure, Items and updates #

To duplicate the structure, Items and updates:

1. Navigate to the Board you want to duplicate
2. Click the three dots to open the menu
3. Choose Duplicate
4. Choose Structure, items & updates in What to duplicate field
5. Check Keep subscribers box to copy the Members added to the Board
6. Click Duplicate Board

The Board with the duplicated structure, Items, Comments, Files, or any other added updates will appear in the sidebar on the left.

Keep subscribers #

When you duplicate the Board, you have the option to Keep subscribers to the Board (if there are any) by checking the box in the Duplicate board modal. After that, simply click Duplicate board and the Board will be duplicated along with all the subscribers.
