Getting Started with Mobile App

If you’d like to use all the benefits that Plaky offers and always keep up with the latest developments, even when you’re on the go, then Plaky mobile app is the right solution for you.

Here’s a brief overview of the main functionalities provided for the mobile app on the Android and iOS devices, along with step-by-step instructions to help you get started.

Download the app and sign up #

Sign up and Create a Workspace manually #

  1. Go to the Google Play Store and download the app
  2. Open the app and enter your e-mail address
  3. Tap Continue with email
  4. Enter the code you received on your email
  5. Enter your name and the Workspace name
  6. Agree to the terms of use
  7. Tap Continue to complete the process

Sign up with Google/Apple #

  1. Go to the Google Play Store and download the app
  2. Open the app and tap Continue with Google/Apple
  3. Enter Workspace name and your name
  4. Agree to the terms of use
  5. Tap Sign up to complete the process

Join an invitation to a Plaky Workspace #

  1. Open your invitation email and tap on Join Plaky button
  2. Enter your name
  3. Agree to the terms of use
  4. Tap on Sign up to complete the action

Sign up and create a Workspace with your email #

  1. Go to the iOS App Store and download the app
  2. Open the app and enter your e-mail address
  3. Tap Continue with email
  4. Enter the code you received on your email
  5. Enter your name and the Workspace name
  6. Agree to the terms of use
  7. Tap Continue to complete the process

Sign up with Google/Apple #

  1. Go to the iOS App Store and download the app
  2. Open the app and tap Continue with Google/Apple
  3. Enter Workspace name and your name
  4. Agree to the terms of use
  5. Tap Sign up to complete the process

Join an invitation to a Plaky Workspace #

  1. Open your invitation email and tap on Join Plaky button
  2. Enter your name
  3. Agree to the terms of use
  4. Tap on Sign up to complete the action

Log in #

To log in using secure code or link:

  1. Access Plaky login page
  2. Enter your email address
  3. Tap Continue with email
  4. Enter the code you received on your email address/Click on the link you received to the email address
  5. Tap Log in if you entered the code
  6. Choose the Workspace to complete the action (if you are a member of more than one Workspace)

Log in with Apple #

  1. Access Plaky login page
  2. Tap Continue with Apple
  3. Enter your email associated with your Apple ID
  4. Enter the password associated with the Apple ID
  5. Choose the Workspace to complete the action (if you are a member of more than one Workspace)

Log in with Google #

  1. Access Plaky login page
  2. Tap Continue in with Google
  3. Choose your Google account
  4. Choose the Workspace to complete the action (if you are a member of more than one Workspace)
  1. Access Plaky login page
  2. Enter your email address
  3. Tap Continue with email
  4. Enter the code you received on your email address/Click on the link you received to the email address
  5. Choose the Workspace to complete the action (if you are a member of more than one Workspace)

Log in with Apple #

  1. Access Plaky login page
  2. Tap Continue with Apple
  3. Enter your email associated with your Apple ID
  4. Enter the password associated with the Apple ID
  5. Choose the Workspace to complete the action (if you are a member of more than one Workspace)

Log in with Google #

  1. Access Plaky login page
  2. Tap Continue in with Google
  3. Choose your Google account
  4. Choose the Workspace to complete the action (if you are a member of more than one Workspace)

Explore Plaky #

Now that you have signed up, you can navigate through the app.

Plaky menu #

In Home screen, go to the hamburger menu at the top right of your screen. Here you can access:

  • Home
  • Notifications
  • My Teams
  • Invite Members
  • Help
  • Settings

Home screen #

Home screen allows you to see all the Spaces and Boards you’ve created and have access to.

Help #

Here, you can access Plaky Help documentation with instructions and guides on how to use the app.

  1. Tap on the hamburger menu at the top left
  2. Choose Help screen

Settings #

In Settings section you can configure your Notification Settings or log out of Plaky.

Notifications #

In this section, you can see the list of all Bell Notifications you received including those that are unread, comments you were mentioned in and the Items you were assigned to.

Here, when you click on More in the bottom right corner, you can access Plaky Help documentation with instructions and guides on how to use the app.

  1. Tap on the hamburger menu at the top left
  2. Choose Help screen

Notifications #

In this section, you can see the list of all Bell Notifications you received including those that are unread, comments you were mentioned in and the Items you were assigned to.

Please note that, at the moment, Plaky mobile apps allow you to add, edit and modify Item and Board. To add, edit or modify Space, you need to use the Plaky web application.
