Statusfeld konfigurieren

Status Field helps you and your Team Members to visually present the status of your tasks. This way, you can easily differentiate between them and have clear insight into progress of your Team’s tasks.

Status is a predefined Field, so a Board can have only one Status Field. To label Items by priority, type, or category, use the Dropdown Field instead. Dropdown Fields work like the Status Field, but they don’t have a completed status.

Plaky offers 3 default status stages. These are:

• Zu erledigen
• In Bearbeitung
• Erledigt

Status labels can be customized, and you can also add new ones, if you need.

To add/edit statuses:

1. Klicke auf den Status, den du erstellt hast
2. Click Edit options
3. Click on a status to edit it
4. Click on + Add new status to add a new status
5. Klicke auf Speichern, um die Aktion abzuschließen

1. Tippe auf das Statusfeld
2. Tippe unten rechts auf Bearbeiten
3. Tippe auf eine beliebige Beschriftung, um sie umzubenennen oder die Farbe zu ändern
4. Speichere die Änderungen
5. Tippe auf +Neue Beschriftung, um eine neue Beschriftung hinzuzufügen
6. Benenne die Beschriftung, wähle eine Farbe und tippe auf Speichern
7. Tippe auf Fertig, um die Aktion abzuschließen

You’ve successfully customized the statuses in the Board. The first status displayed in the list of statuses is the default one that appears when you add the Status Field.

Mark completed statuses #

Du kannst festlegen, welcher Status als "Erledigt" auf deinem Board markiert wird. So funktioniert es:

2. Select Field settings
3. Klicke auf Feld konfigurieren
4. Klicke auf ✔️ neben dem Status, den du als erledigt festlegen möchtest

3. Wähle ein Status-Feld aus
4. Deaktiviere/Aktiviere den Schalter Status: Erledigt
5. Tippe auf Speichern, um die Aktion abzuschließen
