Board overview
Plaky Board is a place where your team’s tasks, workflows, and processes are visualized. It helps you stay organized and keep track of your work, whether it’s one task or a complex project. What’s more, highly interactive features contribute to faster, smoother communication among Team Members, ensuring everyone is informed of each other’s projects, tasks, and progress.
The main components of a Board are Item Groups and Items.

Item #
Cada quadro contém entidades chamadas itens. O item pode ser uma noção, unidade ou qualquer outra parte da construção do seu projeto que faça sentido para você (por exemplo, tarefa, local, cliente, determinante de tempo…).
Grupo de itens #
All Items in Boards are grouped in sections called Item groups. These groups are color-coded and help you organize and visually divide the Items into different sections
Tipo de quadro #
Plaky oferece dois tipos diferentes de quadros com base no nível de acesso:
- Público (visível para qualquer pessoa no Espaço)
- Private (visible to Board members only)
Os Quadros Públicos são visíveis para qualquer pessoa no espaço (Proprietários, Membros, Visualizadores). Isso significa que qualquer conteúdo criado em um Quadro Público poderá ser visualizado por toda a equipe.
Private Boards are visible only to Board Owners and other users (Admins, Members, Viewers) who were invited to join the Board.
Private Board is a paid feature available on Pro and Enterprise plans.
Além disso, os proprietários do quadro podem ajustar as permissões do quadro, influenciando diretamente o que os usuários podem fazer no quadro.

With this feature, data in the Board can be presented visually in different ways. You can choose the one that appeals to you the most and helps you stay organized and on top of the tasks.
There are four different types of Board Views:
- Tabela
- Exibição Kanban
- Gannt View

Atividade do quadro #
The Board Activity Log provides a comprehensive record of all past activities performed on the Board. This includes tracking status changes, updates, comment additions, item deletions, and team member assignments. On the Free plan, you can access the history of activities for the past 7 days, while on the Enterprise plan, it is possible to have an unlimited record of all past activities.
