Board overview
Plaky Board is a place where your team’s tasks, workflows, and processes are visualized. It helps you stay organized and keep track of your work, whether it’s one task or a complex project. What’s more, highly interactive features contribute to faster, smoother communication among Team Members, ensuring everyone is informed of each other’s projects, tasks, and progress.
The main components of a Board are Item Groups and Items.

Élément #
Chaque tableau dans Plaky contient des entités appelées Éléments. Un élément peut être une notion, une unité ou tout autre élément de votre projet qui a du sens pour vous (par exemple, une tâche, un lieu, un client, un facteur de temps...).
Groupe d'éléments #
All Items in Boards are grouped in sections called Item groups. These groups are color-coded and help you organize and visually divide the Items into different sections
Type de tableau #
Plaky propose deux types de tableaux différents selon le niveau d'accès :
- Public (visible par toute personne se trouvant dans l'espace)
- Private (visible to Board members only)
Les tableaux publics sont visibles par tous les utilisateurs de l'espace (propriétaires, membres, spectateurs). Cela signifie que tout contenu créé dans un tableau public est visible par l'ensemble de l'équipe.
Private Boards are visible only to Board Owners and other users (Admins, Members, Viewers) who were invited to join the Board.
Private Board is a paid feature available on Pro and Enterprise plans.
De plus, les propriétaires de tableaux peuvent ajuster les droits d’accès au tableau, influençant directement ce que les utilisateurs peuvent faire sur le tableau.

With this feature, data in the Board can be presented visually in different ways. You can choose the one that appeals to you the most and helps you stay organized and on top of the tasks.
There are four different types of Board Views:
- Vue Tableau
- Vue Kanban
- Gannt View
- Vue Graphique
Activité du tableau #
The Board Activity Log provides a comprehensive record of all past activities performed on the Board. This includes tracking status changes, updates, comment additions, item deletions, and team member assignments. On the Free plan, you can access the history of activities for the past 7 days, while on the Enterprise plan, it is possible to have an unlimited record of all past activities.
