Board overview
Plaky Board is a place where your team’s tasks, workflows, and processes are visualized. It helps you stay organized and keep track of your work, whether it’s one task or a complex project. What’s more, highly interactive features contribute to faster, smoother communication among Team Members, ensuring everyone is informed of each other’s projects, tasks, and progress.
The main components of a Board are Item Groups and Items.

Element #
Jedes Board in Plaky enthält Entitäten, die als Elemente bezeichnet werden. Ein Element kann ein Begriff, eine Einheit oder ein anderer Baustein deines Projekts sein, der für dich Sinn ergibt (z. B. Aufgabe, Ort, Kunde, Zeit …).
Elementgruppe #
All Items in Boards are grouped in sections called Item groups. These groups are color-coded and help you organize and visually divide the Items into different sections
Board-Typ #
Plaky bietet zwei verschiedene Board-Typen basierend auf der Zugriffsebene:
- Öffentlich (für jeden im Bereich sichtbar)
- Private (visible to Board members only)
Öffentliche Boards sind für jeden im Bereich sichtbar (Eigentümer, Mitglieder, Zuschauer). Das bedeutet, dass alle Inhalte, die in einem öffentlichen Board erstellt werden, vom gesamten Team angezeigt werden können.
Private Boards are visible only to Board Owners and other users (Admins, Members, Viewers) who were invited to join the Board.
Private Board is a paid feature available on Pro and Enterprise plans.
Darüber hinaus können Board-Eigentümer die Board-Berechtigungen anpassen und so direkt beeinflussen, was Benutzer auf dem Board tun können.
Board-Ansicht #
With this feature, data in the Board can be presented visually in different ways. You can choose the one that appeals to you the most and helps you stay organized and on top of the tasks.
There are four different types of Board Views:
- Tabellenansicht
- Kanban-Ansicht
- Gannt View
- Diagrammansicht
Board-Aktivität #
The Board Activity Log provides a comprehensive record of all past activities performed on the Board. This includes tracking status changes, updates, comment additions, item deletions, and team member assignments. On the Free plan, you can access the history of activities for the past 7 days, while on the Enterprise plan, it is possible to have an unlimited record of all past activities.
