Board overview
Plaky Board is a place where your team’s tasks, workflows, and processes are visualized. It helps you stay organized and keep track of your work, whether it’s one task or a complex project. What’s more, highly interactive features contribute to faster, smoother communication among Team Members, ensuring everyone is informed of each other’s projects, tasks, and progress.
The main components of a Board are Item Groups and Items.

Elemento #
Cada tablero en Plaky contiene entidades llamadas elementos. El elemento puede ser una noción, una unidad o cualquier otra parte de construcción de tu proyecto que tiene sentido para ti (por ejemplo, tarea, ubicación, cliente, determinante de tiempo...).
Grupo de elementos #
All Items in Boards are grouped in sections called Item groups. These groups are color-coded and help you organize and visually divide the Items into different sections
Tipo de tablero#
Plaky ofrece dos tipos de tableros diferentes basados en el nivel de acceso:
- Público (visible para cualquiera en el espacio)
- Private (visible to Board members only)
Los tableros públicos son visibles para cualquier persona en el espacio (propietarios, miembros, lectores). Esto significa que todo el equipo puede ver cualquier contenido creado dentro de un tablero público.
Private Boards are visible only to Board Owners and other users (Admins, Members, Viewers) who were invited to join the Board.
Private Board is a paid feature available on Pro and Enterprise plans.
Además, los propietarios del tablero pueden ajustar los permisos del tablero, influyendo directamente en lo que los usuarios pueden hacer en el tablero.
Vista de tablero #
With this feature, data in the Board can be presented visually in different ways. You can choose the one that appeals to you the most and helps you stay organized and on top of the tasks.
There are four different types of Board Views:
- Vista de tabla
- Vista Kanban
- Gannt View
- Vista de gráfico
Actividad del tablero #
The Board Activity Log provides a comprehensive record of all past activities performed on the Board. This includes tracking status changes, updates, comment additions, item deletions, and team member assignments. On the Free plan, you can access the history of activities for the past 7 days, while on the Enterprise plan, it is possible to have an unlimited record of all past activities.
