Trash section
Wenn du ein Element, Unterelement oder Board löschst, werden diese für die nächsten 30 Tage vorübergehend im Papierkorb der App gespeichert. Während dieses Zeitraums kann jede gelöschte Entität angezeigt, wiederhergestellt, ins Archiv verschoben oder dauerhaft gelöscht werden.
Access deleted content in Trash #
So greifst du auf die gelöschten Boards, Elementgruppen, Elemente und Unterelemente im Papierkorb zu:
- Klicke auf das Benutzermenü in der oberen linken Ecke des Bildschirms
- Wähle Archiv/Papierkorb
- Open the Trash tab
Die Seite enthält die folgenden Informationen:
- Name des Elements
- Typ der Entität (Board, Element, Elementgruppe, Element, Unterelement)
- Gelöscht von
- Gelöscht aus
- Löschdatum
- Verbleibende Zeit
Der Inhalt der Seite kann nach den oben genannten Kriterien durchsucht und gefiltert werden.
Each user sees only what they would be allowed to see if those Items, Item groups, or Boards were restored.
- Tippe auf der Startseite auf das Papierkorbsymbol
- Du wirst auf die Seite Papierkorb weitergeleitet
Die Seite enthält die folgenden Informationen:
- Name des Elements
- Typ der Entität (Board, Element, Elementgruppe, Element, Unterelement)

Jeder Benutzer sieht nur das, was er sehen könnte, wenn diese Elemente, Elementgruppen oder Boards wiederhergestellt wären.

- Wähle Papierkorb aus dem Dropdown-Menü
Die Seite enthält die folgenden Informationen:

Gelöschte Inhalte im Papierkorb anzeigen #
So zeigst du gelöschte Artikel und Boards an:
- Click on the three dots at the right side of the deleted entity on the Trash page
- Wähle Anzeigen
It is possible to view only archived Boards and Items. The view option will display an archived Board/Item as if it were not deleted, accompanied by an alert indicating that the entity is deleted, that it is in view-only mode, and how long it will be visible.

Content can be restored from trash only during the 30-day period after deletion.
- Click on the three dots on the right side of the archived entity on the Trash page
- Wähle Wiederherstellen
- Wische das gelöschte Element auf der Papierkorbseite nach rechts
- Wähle Wiederherstellen
- Tippe auf der Papierkorb-Seite auf die drei Punkte neben der gelöschten Entität
- Wähle Wiederherstellen
Restore is available for Item groups only if the Board they belong to is not also archived or deleted. For Items, it is available if their Board is not archived or deleted, and their Item group is not permanently deleted.
Restore always returns to the previous state: e.g., let’s say you delete one Item group from the Board, then delete the whole board. Restoring the board would not restore the item group and its content that were previously deleted.
Gelöschte Inhalte archivieren #
Any deleted Item, Subitem, Item group, or Board can be moved to Archive during the 30-day period after deletion. If that happens, the archive date is the date that the move occurred. To move deleted content to Archive:
- Click on the three dots on the right side of the archived entity on the Trash page
- Select Move to archive

- Select Move to Archive
- Tippe auf der Papierkorb-Seite auf die drei Punkte neben der gelöschten Entität
- Wähle In das Archiv verschieben

Dauerhaft löschen #
If you want to declutter your Trash section, you can permanently delete content from Trash during the 30-day period. Once you permanently delete an Item, Subitem, Item group, or Board, it cannot be restored. To do it, follow these steps:
- Click on the three dots on the right side of the archived entity on the Trash page
- Wähle Dauerhaft löschen
- Wische das gelöschte Element auf der Papierkorbseite nach links
- Select Delete permanently
- Tippe im Bestätigungsfenster auf Löschen, um die Aktion abzuschließen
- Tippe auf der Papierkorb-Seite auf die drei Punkte neben der gelöschten Entität
- Wähle Dauerhaft löschen
- Tippe auf Löschen, um die Aktion abzuschließen
If you permanently delete a Board, all Items or Item groups that were separately deleted or archived from that Board will be permanently deleted as well. If an Item group is permanently deleted, all items in that group, whether deleted or archived, will also be permanently deleted.
