Create and manage folders

Folders provide the flexibility to categorize boards based on your specific criteria, such as Marketing, Sales, Development, and more. Organize multiple boards into folders by creating boards inside folders or moving the existing boards into the folder you’ve created.

Create folder #

To create a folder, follow these steps:

1. Haz clic en el botón + en la barra lateral izquierda
2. Elige Nueva carpeta del menú desplegable
3. Introduce el nombre de la carpeta
4. Haz clic en Crear carpeta para completar la acción

1. Tap on Spaces on the home page
2. Select the space in the Space switcher
3. Toca el ícono + en la esquina superior derecha
4. Selecciona Nueva carpeta
5. Enter folder name
6. Toca Crear para completar la acción

2. Select New folder

Rename folder #

Tailor your file organization by renaming your folders in Plaky. To rename a folder, follow these steps:

1. Click on the three dots next to the folder name located in the left sidebar
2. Select Rename folder
3. Type a new folder name
4. Presiona Enter o haz clic fuera del área designada para completar la acción

1. Desliza la carpeta hacia la derecha
2. Toca Cambiar nombre
3. Introduce el nuevo nombre de la carpeta
4. Toca Cambiar nombre para completar la acción

Create a board in a folder #

To effectively organize your boards in folders, you can either move existing boards into folders or create new boards directly within folders.

To create a board in a folder:

1. Click on three dots next to the folder name located in the left sidebar
2. Hover over Create board in folder
3. Select one of the options to create a board:
   
   – Create from scratch
   – Create from template
   – Create from file

Move folder to another space #

To move a folder from one space to another, follow these steps:

1. Click on the three dots next to the folder name located in the left sidebar
2. Coloca el cursor sobre Mover al espacio
3. Choose and click on one of the Spaces in the list to complete the action

Delete folder #

If you no longer need a folder, you can delete it following these steps:

1. Click on the three dots next to the folder name located in the left sidebar
2. Select Delete folder
3. En la ventana siguiente, haz clic en Eliminar para completar la acción

1. Swipe the folder to the left
2. Toca Eliminar
3. Toca Eliminar en el modal de confirmación para completar la acción

When a Folder is deleted, all boards within that folder are also deleted.
