Here’s a brief overview of the main functionalities provided for the mobile app on Android and iOS devices, along with step-by-step instructions to help you get started.

Descarga la aplicación y regístrate #

Sign up and create a workspace manually #

  1. Ve a Google Play Store y descarga la aplicación
  2. Abre la aplicación e introduce tu dirección de correo electrónico
  3. Pulsa Continuar con el correo electrónico
  4. Enter the code you received in your email
  5. Enter your name and the workspace name
  6. Acepta los Términos de uso
  7. Pulsa Continuar para completar el proceso

Sign up with Google/Apple/Microsoft #

  1. Ve a Google Play Store y descarga la aplicación
  2. Open the app and tap Continue with Google/Apple/Microsoft
  3. Enter workspace name and your name
  4. Acepta los Términos de uso
  5. Toca Regístrate para completar el proceso

Join an invitation to a Plaky workspace #

  1. Abre tu correo electrónico de invitación y toca el botón de Únete a Plaky
  2. Introduce tu nombre
  3. Acepta los Términos de uso
  4. Toca Regístrate para completar la acción

If you already have your CAKE.com account and have agreed to CAKE.com terms of use, by tapping on the Join Plaky button, you’ll be immediately redirected to the workspace you’re invited to.

Regístrate y crea un espacio de trabajo con tu email #

  1. Go to the iOS App Store and download the app

  4. Enter the code you received in your email
  5. Enter your name and the workspace name

In the home screen, go to the hamburger menu at the top right of your screen. Here you can access:

In the settings section, you can configure your notification settings or log out of Plaky.

Notificaciones #

In this section, you can see the list of all bell notifications you received, including those that are unread, comments you were mentioned in, and the items you were assigned to.

Note

You can only add, edit, and modify items and boards on your mobile app. If you want to add, edit, or modify a space, you will need to use the Plaky web application.
