Create and manage folders

Folders provide the flexibility to categorize boards based on your specific criteria, such as Marketing, Sales, Development, and more. Organize multiple boards into folders by creating boards inside folders or moving the existing boards into the folder you’ve created.

Create folder #

To create a folder, follow these steps:

1. Clique no botão + na barra lateral esquerda.
2. Selecione Nova pasta no menu suspenso
3. Digite o nome da Pasta
4. Clique em Criar pasta para concluir a ação

1. Tap on Spaces on the home page
2. Select the space in the Space switcher
3. Toque no ícone + no canto superior direito
4. Selecione Nova pasta
5. Enter folder name
6. Toque em Criar para concluir a ação

1. Toque no ícone + no canto inferior direito
2. Select New folder
3. Digite o Nome da pasta
4. Toque em Criar para concluir a ação

Rename folder #

Tailor your file organization by renaming your folders in Plaky. To rename a folder, follow these steps:

1. Click on the three dots next to the folder name located in the left sidebar
2. Select Rename folder
3. Type a new folder name
4. Pressione Enter ou clique fora da área designada para concluir a ação

1. Deslize a pasta para a direita
2. Toque em Renomear
3. Digite o novo nome da pasta
4. Toque em Renomear para concluir a ação

Create a board in a folder #

To effectively organize your boards in folders, you can either move existing boards into folders or create new boards directly within folders.

To create a board in a folder:

1. Click on three dots next to the folder name located in the left sidebar
2. Hover over Create board in folder
3. Select one of the options to create a board:
   
   – Create from scratch
   – Create from template
   – Create from file

Move folder to another space #

To move a folder from one space to another, follow these steps:

1. Click on the three dots next to the folder name located in the left sidebar
2. Passe o mouse sobre Mover para o espaço
3. Choose and click on one of the Spaces in the list to complete the action

Delete folder #

If you no longer need a folder, you can delete it following these steps:

1. Click on the three dots next to the folder name located in the left sidebar
2. Select Delete folder
3. Na janela subsequente, clique em Excluir para concluir a ação

1. Swipe the folder to the left
2. Toque em Excluir
3. Toque em Excluir no modal de confirmação para concluir a ação

When a Folder is deleted, all boards within that folder are also deleted.
