Get Alerts from Plaky Directly on Pumble

This feature is available on all plans.

If you use Pumble for team communication, you can integrate it with Plaky and improve responsiveness and engagement on your projects.

With this integration, Pumble will send you messages for every action you’ve enabled in the Pumble messages section of Plaky. This can help you stay on track with your projects without missing important updates, as you won’t be required to manually switch between the two applications.

How to enable Pumble notifications #

You can set up Pumble notifications directly in Plaky. To do this, follow these steps:

1. Click on your profile picture in the top right corner
2. Select Preferences
   
3. Click Notifications
4. Click Pumble messages
   
5. Toggle the Enable Pumble messages button
6. Select workspace
7. Switch on cases in which you want Pumble to send messages
   

1. Tap on Notifications at the bottom of the screen
2. Tap on the three dots in the top right corner
3. Select Settings
   
4. Tap on Pumble Messages
   

You’ll only see this option if it’s enabled in your Plaky workspace preferences on the web.

Toggle on the types of notifications you want Pumble to send.

1. From the home screen, tap the main menu in the top-left corner
2. Tap Settings
3. Choose Notification Settings from the list
   
4. In Notification Settings, select Pumble Notifications
   
   

You’ll only see this option if it’s enabled in your Plaky workspace preferences on the web.

Toggle on the types of notifications you want Pumble to send.

The settings will automatically be saved to your Plaky account.

If you have only one Pumble workspace, enabling Pumble messages will automatically connect to that workspace. If you have multiple workspaces, you can select which one to connect to from the dropdown, and if you don’t have a workspace, you can create a new one.

Types of notifications you can receive #

When you enable Pumble messages in Plaky, you can receive notifications when someone:

• Subscribes you to a Board/Item/Subitem/Team
• Changes an Item/Subitem you’re subscribed to
• Comments or replies on an Item/Subitem you’re an owner of
• Comments or replies on an Item/Subitem you’re subscribed to
• Reacts to your comment or reply
• Replies to your comment or reply in a conversation you’re a part of
• Mentions you or your team in a comment or reply
