Delete Your Workspace/Account

This action can only be performed by Workspace Owner.

If, for some reason, you’d like to stop using Plaky, you can delete your account and therefore your Workspace in just a few clicks.

To do that:

  1. Click on the three dots in the top left corner
  2. Choose Administration from the menu
  3. In admin panel, click General to access general Workspace settings
  4. Click Delete your account
  5. Click Delete account to confirm the action

Workspace can be deleted only if all the users are previously deactivated and all pending invitations have been canceled.

  1. Tap on the three dots in the bottom right corner
  2. Tap on Delete account
  3. Enter the Workspace name
  4. Tap Delete Workspace to complete the action

  1. Tap on the hamburger menu at the top left
  2. Select Settings
  3. Tap on Delete Workspace
  4. Enter the Workspace name
  5. Tap Delete Workspace to complete the action

Workspace can be deleted only if all the users are previously deactivated and all pending invitations have been canceled.

Please note that by deleting account, you’re automatically deleting all Spaces, Boards, Items and all additional data related to it. Users that are members of this Workspace won’t be able to access it anymore. Once this action is completed, it cannot be undone. Workspace cannot be deleted for Workspaces with Bundle subscription plan.
