(To include subtasks in your export, choose the <em>Subtask<\/em> option in the upper-right corner of your chosen view and select <em>Separate<\/em> (for List view) or <em>Shown<\/em> (for Table view)).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\">Click the <em>Customize <\/em>option found in the same row where your views are, just slightly to the right.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\">Choose <em>Export view<\/em> from the dropdown menu.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\">From a new menu, choose what to export, as well as the file, date, and time format. href=\"https:\/\/plaky.com\/features\/board\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">create a new board<\/a> for your ClickUp data or import the data into an existing one.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"import-into-a-new-board\" class=\"wp-block-heading translation-block\">Import into a new board<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">Here\u2019s how to create a new Plaky board for your ClickUp data from scratch:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"translation-block\">Go to Plaky\u2019s sidebar and click on the<strong> +<\/strong> button found next to the <em>Search<\/em> box.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\">Select <em>New Board<\/em> from the dropdown menu.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\">Click <em>Create from class=\"translation-block\">Navigate to the 3 dots in the upper-right corner of your board to open the <em>Board<\/em> menu.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\">Select <em>Import from CSV<\/em> from the dropdown menu.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\">Choose the CSV file you want to upload.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\">Click on transfer, it\u2019s best to break down large projects into smaller ones and import them as several CSV files. Also, please note that:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"translation-block\">You can import a maximum of 20 item groups. If you have more groups, they will be mapped to the last item group on the board.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\">The CSV file you want to import can have up to 18 values for the Status field. In case you have more values, they will be skipped during the import.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"3-generate-the-table\" class=\"wp-block-heading translation-block\">#3 Generate the table&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">Once you\u2019ve imported the file, Plaky will generate a table where you\u2019ll see the contents of your CSV file. Here, you need to select the destination group for your CSV file:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"translation-block\">New group (enter the desired name for the group), or<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\">CSV column for group names.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\"><strong>Note:<\/strong> These 2 options are available when mapping data to transfer it to a new board in Plaky. If the Plaky and ClickUp field types match, Plaky will assign a field type on its own \u2014 but check anyway.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">It\u2019s important to know that you can:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"translation-block\">Stick to the existing field,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\">Create a new one by choosing it from the dropdown menu (text, number, link, etc), or<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\">Choose <em>None <\/em>(if you don\u2019t want to transfer data from a particular
