translation-block\">#2 Import the CSV file into Plaky by CAKE.com<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">Before you start the import process, you need to determine whether you want to create a new <a href=\"https:\/\/plaky.com\/features\/board\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">board<\/a> for your Jira data or import data into an existing Plaky board.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"import-into-a-new-board\" class=\"wp-block-heading translation-block\">Import into a new board<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">Here are the steps to set up a new Plaky board for your data from Jira:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"translation-block\">Click on the + button in the side menu (right next to the <em>Search<\/em> box).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\">Click the 3 dots in the top-right corner to open the <em>Board<\/em> menu.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\">Select <em>Import from CSV<\/em>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\">Choose the CSV file you want to import.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\">Click on <em>Proceed<\/em>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure lots of rows, you should divide it so it doesn\u2019t exceed the limit of 10 MB as mentioned above.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\"><strong>Note:<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"translation-block\">The maximum number of item groups to import is 20. In case you have more groups, they will be mapped to the last item group on the board.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\">Your CSV file can contain up to 18 values for the Status field. Additional values will be skipped during the import process.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"3-generate-the-table\" class=\"wp-block-heading translation-block\">#3 Generate the table<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">Once you\u2019ve imported the chosen CSV file, a table will be generated, and you\u2019ll see the contents of the file displayed on the right side of the modal.
