#1 Export your Jira board<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

To start data transmission, the first step is to export data from Jira in the form of a CSV file. To do this, click the Export<\/em> button in the top-right corner available at the All work<\/em> board view, and choose one of the Export CSV options.<\/p>\n\n\n

Note: <\/strong>Jira has a built-in feature that allows you to export data. You can use filters or Jira Query Language (JQL) to select the issues you want to export.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

#2 Import the CSV file into Plaky by CAKE.com<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Before you start the import process, you need to determine whether you want to create a new board<\/a> for your Jira data or import data into an existing Plaky board.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Import into a new board<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Here are the steps to set up a new Plaky board for your data from Jira:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Click on the + button in the side menu (right next to the Search<\/em> box).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. From the dropdown menu, choose New Board<\/em>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n

      Importing data from Jira into an existing Plaky board is a bit different, but just as easy:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
