Most of them lack a steering committee and a PMO as the project sponsor takes on all their responsibilities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">Project managers usually report directly to translation-block\">Project sponsor<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\"><strong>The project sponsor is an individual or a group of individuals that acts as a link between corporate and project
