My Tasks allows you to access all Items assigned to you in one place, making it easy to organize your work and prioritize projects. Instead of jumping from one board to another, My Tasks gives you a clear look at what you should do next.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To start using this feature, simply click on the My Tasks section in the left sidebar and then select Start tracking tasks<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This will open a new view where you can locate all Items assigned to you and configure your My Tasks view. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tasks refer to Items\/Subitems in your Workspace.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Add new Items\/Subitems<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

With this feature, you can add new Items\/Subitems directly from your My Tasks view. To do this, follow these steps:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Click on the New Item\/subitem<\/strong> button in the left part of your screen<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Choose the Destination board<\/strong> from the dropdown and click Proceed<\/strong>

  3. Fill out the new item\/subitem modal with information<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Click on Save<\/strong> to complete the action

    Once you have added the Item, it will be automatically displayed in your My Tasks window. Also, the Item will be visible on your board.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    If you create an Item but don\u2019t assign yourself in the person column, the Item won\u2019t be shown on the My Tasks page.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

    Group tasks<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    Every task (Item\/Subitem) has specific attributes associated with it, some of which include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    • Item group<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Title<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Board<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Status<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Date<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Assigned team members<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      My Tasks lets you organize your view by grouping Items based on their attributes. You can group Items by several attributes, such as:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      • Group by status<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Group by board<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Group by none<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
