Board automations in Plaky improve your tasks and workflows by automatically performing actions based on triggers. By setting up automations, you can eliminate repetitive tasks and focus on more important work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You can set up Automations by defining triggers that will execute actions once activated. Also, you can add conditions that must be met before the action is performed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To open Automations, follow these steps:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Open your Board<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Click on Automations<\/strong> in the top right corner<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    In the Automation Center, you can add new automations or manage existing ones. Moreover, you can turn automations on or off.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Add a new automation<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    Custom board automations help you organize your workflow according to your needs. To create a new automation, follow these steps:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    1. Click on Automations<\/strong> in the top right corner of your board<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. Click on New automation<\/strong> <\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. Click on this happens<\/strong> to choose your trigger<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    4. Click on the highlighted areas <\/strong>to specify the details of the trigger

    5. Click on +Add condition<\/strong> to add a condition (optional)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    6. Click on the highlighted parts<\/strong> of the selected condition to define its specifics

    8. Click on the highlighted areas <\/strong>to specify the details of the trigger, condition, or actions<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    9. Click on +Add another action<\/strong> to add an additional action (optional)

      You can always see how many automations you have used on your workspace, and how many you have left. To do this, follow these steps:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
