Conditional coloring is a powerful Plaky feature that enhances your data visualizations, providing valuable insights and clarity. With this feature, you can establish an unlimited number of conditions in each table Board view.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Conditions can be applied to the following:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    \n
  • Each Field type<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Any Item group<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Any Item<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    Setting the condition<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    To set the condition for conditional coloring, follow these steps:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    1. Click on the Coloring<\/strong> icon on the Board<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. Click on +Add condition<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. Choose the color<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    4. Choose between coloring the entire Item (Row<\/strong>)  or a specific section (Cell<\/strong>).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    5. Select a Field<\/strong> from the list<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    6. Select the Condition<\/strong> for the given Field<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    7. Click on Value <\/strong>to fulfill the condition for the selected Field<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    8. Click Save in this view <\/strong>to complete the action<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      Once saved, the selected cell or Item will be automatically colored based on the defined conditions, providing a visually intuitive representation of your data. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

      The available options for setting conditions may vary depending on the selected Field type.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      If an Item\/Field\/Item Group fulfills more than one of the set conditions, they are applied from bottom to top. Drag and drop the conditions to reorder them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
