Folders provide the flexibility to categorize boards based on your specific criteria, such as Marketing, Sales, Development, and more. Organize multiple boards into folders by creating boards inside folders or moving the existing boards into the folder you’ve created.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Create folder<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

To create a folder, follow these steps:<\/p>\n\n\n

  2. Choose\u00a0New Folder<\/strong>\u00a0from the dropdown<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Enter Folder<\/strong> name<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Click Create Folder<\/strong> to complete the action<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    1. Tap on Spaces<\/strong> on the home page<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. Select the space in the Space switcher<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. Tap on the +<\/strong> icon in the top right corner<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    4. Select New Folder<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
    5. Enter folder name<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    6. Tap Create<\/strong> to complete the action<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n<\/div>

      2. Select New folder<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n

        Rename folder<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

        Tailor your file organization by renaming your folders in Plaky. To rename a folder, follow these steps:<\/p>\n\n\n

        3. Type a new folder name<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        4. Press Enter or click outside the designated area to complete the action<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

          1. Swipe Folder to the right<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          2. Tap on Rename<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
          3. Enter new Folder name<\/li>\n\n\n\n

            Create a board in a folder<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

            To effectively organize your boards in folders, you can either move existing boards into folders<\/a> or create new boards directly within folders.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            To create a board in a folder:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            1. Click on three dots next to the folder name located in the left sidebar<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            2. Hover over Create board in folder<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
            3. Select one of the options to create a board:

              – Create from scratch
              – Create from template
              – Create from file<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

              Move folder to another space<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

              To move a folder from one space to another, follow these steps:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

              1. Click on the three dots next to the folder name located in the left sidebar<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              2. Hover over Move to space<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
              3. Choose and click on one of the Spaces in the list to complete the action<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

                Delete folder<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

                If you no longer need a folder, you can delete it following these steps:<\/p>\n\n\n

                    When a Folder is deleted, all boards within that folder are also deleted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                    Only the space owner can move, delete, or rename a folder.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n
