Space in Plaky represents a virtual space in which you can organize your project, department, and tasks all in order to manage your time more efficiently and have a better overview of your team members’ work and progress.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This article covers the steps needed to add your space and configure it to suit your needs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To add a space:<\/p>\n\n\n

  1. Select the Space<\/strong> on the left sidebar<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Click the three dots<\/strong> to open the menu<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Choose Add new space<\/strong> from the dropdown<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Enter space name<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Click Create Space<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Now, you can proceed with other configurations.<\/p>\n\n<\/div>

    1. Tap on Spaces<\/strong> on the home page<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. Tap on the +<\/strong> icon in the top right corner<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. Select New Space<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
    4. Enter space name<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    5. Tap Create<\/strong> to complete the action<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      A newly created Space can be configured in different ways. The most important configurations are available in the dropdown menu on the space homepage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
