Looking to upgrade from the free version of Plaky to a paid plan? That\u2019s great news! You\u2019ll be one step closer to accessing more Plaky features. We\u2019ve explained everything you need to know to upgrade your Workspace below.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Any Admin user and organization Owner can upgrade Workspace from a free to a paid plan.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Upgrade to a paid plan<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

At the time you subscribe to some of the paid plans, you\u2019ll be billed for every user seat at that moment, i.e. every active Member and Admin in your Workspace at that moment. When you\u2019re ready to upgrade, use the steps below:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Click on the Upgrade button at the top bar

    or

    Click on three-dots menu next to your workspace and select Subscription

  2. Select a payment schedule \u2013 monthly or annually<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Select a plan and click Upgrade under the desired plan

  4. Adjust the number of User seats if needed<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Select your customer type and country (state)

  6. Click Next to continue <\/li>\n\n\n\n
  7. Add invoice information:

    – Email address and address for Individuals<\/strong> (address is mandatory for all U.S. users, individuals and companies)

    – Company name, Email, Tax identification number, Address (optional) for Legal entities<\/strong>

  8. Click Next to continue<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  9. Add your credit card info and agree with the terms of use <\/li>\n\n\n\n
  10. Click Finish payment to complete the process

    It is important for users to ensure that the country associated with the card matches the country in the address field. If this is not the case, immediately return to the first step and the Invoice information tab and change the country to match the credit card.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

    You cannot buy fewer seats than there are active and pending users (Members or Admins).<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

    To view your subscription details, navigate to the Upgrade button at the top.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    You can upgrade your monthly plan to annually at any point. When upgrading, we will calculate the prorated price and charge accordingly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
