Once you’ve created a Board<\/a>, you can edit and customize it to your exact specifications, allowing you to adjust parameters and settings to align the Board perfectly with your specific needs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This article will help you to effectively modify, organize, and optimize your Board.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Manage Team Members<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

With Plaky, you can manage your Team Members within your Board. Invite any Team Member, or the entire Team, to the Board, or share the Board with them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To add Board Members:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Click on the Board members<\/strong> icon<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Type the user’s name<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Select the user from the dropdown<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    To add Board Members:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    1. Tap on three dots in the top right corner to access Board menu<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. Select Board info<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. Tap on Members<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
    4. Tap on user name(s) from the list or find them using search and tap on their name(s) to subscribe\/unsubscribe them<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    5. Tap Save<\/strong> to complete the action<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      To remove Board Members:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      1. Tap on three dots at the top right corner to open the Board Menu<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      2. Select Manage board members<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
      3. Untick the checkbox next to the user’s name to remove them from the Board<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      4. Tap Save<\/strong> to complete the action<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

        To remove yourself from a Board:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        1. Tap on three dots at the top right corner to open the Board Menu<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        2. Select Manage board members<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
        3. Untick the checkbox next your name to remove yourself from the Board<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        4. Tap Save<\/strong> to complete the action<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

          To remove yourself as an Owner of the Board:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          1. Tap on three dots at the top right corner to open the Board Menu<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          2. Select Manage board members<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
          3. Tap on the key icon<\/strong> next your name to remove yourself as the Board Owner<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          4. Tap Save<\/strong> to complete the action<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

            Before removing yourself as an owner, you have to make another user the Board owner.<\/p>\n\n<\/div><\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\n\n

            Duplicate Board<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

            Members can\u00a0duplicate\u00a0an already existing Board in the Space. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
