Each Board in Plaky contains entities called Items<\/a>. Item can be a notion, unit or any other building part of your project that makes sense to you (e.g. task, location, client, time determinant…). <\/p>\n\n\n\n

This article provides a brief description of how to create Items, which you can later edit and manage<\/a> as per your needs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Each Item belongs to an Item Group and cannot be created without it. Check out this article<\/a> to learn how to create Item groups.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

For each Item on your Board you can create one or more subitems. For more information about it, check out this article<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Navigate to the +Add<\/strong> Item<\/strong> button below Item Group in the appropriate Board<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Enter the name<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Press Enter<\/strong> on the keyboard<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Populate other fields<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    1. Choose Workspace and then Board you\u2019d like to add Item to<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. Tap on +Add Item <\/strong>on the Board<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. Enter Item name<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    4. Tap Add<\/strong> in Add Item modal<\/strong> to complete the action<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      3. Choose New Item<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
      4. Enter Item name<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      5. Tap Add<\/strong> in Add Item modal<\/strong> to complete the action<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

        Once you\u2019ve created a new Item, it will be visible on the Board on the iOS and web app.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        1. Go to Workspace and Board you’d like to add Item to<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        2. Tap +New item<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
        3. In Create item<\/strong> modal enter Item name<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        4. Tap Create item<\/strong> to confirm the action <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

          2. Choose New item<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
          3. In Create item<\/strong> modal enter Item name <\/li>\n\n\n\n
          4. Choose the Item group<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          5. Tap Create item<\/strong> to confirm the action<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

            Add new Item – advanced option<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

            This option allows you to see and quickly populate a new Item with all the necessary information and actions in just one modal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            To add new Item by using the advanced option:<\/p>\n\n\n

            1. Click the New Item\/subitem<\/strong> button<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            2. Populate the Create new item<\/strong> modal with the information you need<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            3. Click Save<\/strong> to complete the action<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

              You can also put Item in the Item Group, name it and add subscribers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

              2. Select New Item (advanced)<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
              3. Populate the Create new item<\/strong> modal with the information you need<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

                You can also put Item in the Item Group, name it and add subscribers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
