If you need to analyze your project progress, share information with stakeholders, or perform further data analysis, one of the things you can do in Plaky is export a Board in CSV format.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

To export a Board to CSV:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Navigate to Board<\/strong> you\u2019d like to export and open it<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Click on three dots to open the board menu<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Select Export to CSV<\/strong> <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Choose the data<\/strong> to export. You can select if you want the following:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    • Include Item group as the first value<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Contain field names in CSV<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Include creation log data<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Include Item\/Subitem links<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Include Subitems<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Export only visible data<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      Customize the export according to your needs. Any Board View (Table, Kanban, Gantt) can be exported to CSV.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Click on Export <\/strong>to complete the action.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      The CSV file name will have this format: boardName_viewName_date_time.csv. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
