Each Board in Plaky contains entities called Items. They are building parts of your project and they can represent any notion that makes sense to the user (task, location, client, time determinant…).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Add Item<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Plaky helps you stay organized even when you’re on the go. Add tasks from your Android device in a few easy steps.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Go to Workspace and Board you’d like to add Item to<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Tap +New item<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. In Create item<\/strong> modal enter Item name<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Select the Item group<\/strong> from the dropdown menu<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Tap Create item<\/strong> to confirm the action <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    1. Tap +<\/strong> icon at the bottom right part of the screen<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. Choose New item<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n

    4. Tap Create item<\/strong> to confirm the action<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      Modify Item<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      You can use Plaky on Android device to modify Items.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Plaky Android app helps you edit and modify Items. However, if you’d like to add, edit or modify Workspace or Board, you need to do that in the web app.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      To modify Item:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        \n
      1. Tap on Item to open<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      2. In Item modal modify the following:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
          \n
        • Item card (edit all Item’s elements, including custom Fields)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Comments (add)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Files (attach) <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

          You can also modify the Item card by adding and removing Subscribers, renaming the Item, sharing link to the Item, or delete the Item.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          The number of Comments and Files in the Items is visible in item details.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          Add Item Group<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

          Item Groups help you organize Items on your Board. They are color-coded which helps you visually divide Items on your Board into sections. Each section can represent a notion meaningful to you, whether it’s a project, process or an activity you’re trying to manage. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

          To add Item Group:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          1. Go to Workspace and Board you’d like to add Group to<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          2. Tap +<\/strong> icon at the bottom right part of the screen<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          3. Choose New group<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
          4. In Create<\/strong> group<\/strong> modal enter Group name <\/li>\n\n\n\n
          5. Tap Create<\/strong> group<\/strong> to confirm the action<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

            At the moment, you can create Item Groups in Table Board View only. We’re working on providing this option in Kanban View, as well.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            Pin comment<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

            Pinned comments are displayed on top and are visible to everyone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            To pin a comment:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            1. Click on three dots to open the Comment dropdown menu<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            2. Click Pin comment<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

              To unpin a comment, select the option Unpin<\/strong> from the same menu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

              Copy comment URL<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

              Easily share a comment with your teammates by copying comment URL.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

              To copy comment URL:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

              1. Open the drop-down menu in the top right corner of the comment<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              2. Select copy URL <\/strong>option to complete the action <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
