Plaky Board has your Team’s tasks, workflows and processes visualized. It helps users stay organized and keep track of you and your Team’s work. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Edit Board<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
If you need to update your tasks on the go, you can do that by editing your Board. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
You can do it in one of the following ways:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Change Board View (Table, Kanban)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Add and configure Custom fields (attributes)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Plaky app offers you different types of Board Views to visualize your data in a way that suits you best. There are two different types of Board View:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Table View (default)<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Board represented as table with Fields and rows<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
Swipe left to see all the Fields on the Board.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n
To configure Field visibility:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Click on the visibility toggle icon in the top right corner<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Select Fields<\/strong> <\/li>\n\n\n\n
Choose Fields to display<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Save changes to complete the action<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n
Kanban View<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Board visualized according to well known project management technique used to manage work by prioritizing tasks<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
Swipe left to see all the Items on the Board grouped by Status.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n
Add View<\/h2>\n\n\n\n\n
Click on three dots in the top right corner<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Select Add view<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
Choose the View type<\/strong> from the dropdown<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Type the View name<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
Tap Add new View<\/strong> to complete the action<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
Rename View <\/h2>\n\n\n\n\n
Select the View from the dropdown menu in the top left corner<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Click on three dots<\/strong> in the top right corner<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Select Rename View<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
Type new View name<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Tap Rename <\/strong>to complete the action<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
Delete View<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
To remove a view from the Board:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Select the View from the dropdown menu in the top left corner<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Click on three dots<\/strong> in the top right corner<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Select Delete View<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
Tap Delete view<\/strong> to complete the action<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
Set as Default View<\/h2>\n\n\n\n\n
Select the View from the dropdown menu in the top left corner<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Click on three dots in the top right corner<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Select Set as default view<\/strong> to complete the action<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
Default view cannot be set as Favorite view.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Favorite View<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
Choose and mark your most preferred View for quick access and seamless project management. To do it:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tap on current Board view in bottom sheet<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Tap on three dots next to that specific View<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Select Add to favorites<\/strong> to complete the action<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n
This View will be placed next to the default view and a star icon will appear next to its name. To remove a View from favorites, just tap on three dots next to it and select Unfavorite.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Duplicate View<\/h2>\n\n\n\n\n
Select the View from the dropdown menu in the top left corner<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Click on three dots in the top right corner<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Select Duplicate View<\/strong> to complete the action<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
Expand or Collapse All Groups<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
Streamline task management by expanding or collapsing groups on the board in Plaky.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
To expand\/collapse groups:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Select the View from the dropdown menu in the top left corner<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Click on three dots in the top right corner<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Select Collapse all groups<\/strong> \/ Expand all groups <\/strong>to complete the action<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
Sort<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
To add new Sort: <\/p>\n\n\n\n
\n
Tap on Sort icon on the Board
<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Tap on +New sort<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
Select the Field you want to sort the Board by from the dropdown<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Choose Descending\/Ascending order from the dropdown<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Tap Add new sort<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
Tap Save<\/strong> to complete the action<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
