Find your Board<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

You can easily find a specific Board in the Space. <\/p>\n\n\n

  1. Navigate to the search field at the top of the left sidebar<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Start typing name of the Board you’d like to find <\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. You’ll get the Board in the search results<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    If you are subscribed\/owner, or moved Items to Boards that belong to closed Spaces you are not a member of, you can find those Boards in the section My other Boards<\/strong>. To access My other Boards:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    1. Click on the arrow next to the current Space name<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. Select My other Boards<\/strong> from the list of Spaces<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      All of those Boards are grouped as if they belonged to the same Space. Those Boards cannot be duplicated and moved to folders.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      By default, Boards within a Space are sorted according to the order they were created in. On Home Screen Boards can also be displayed based on Favorites<\/strong> (starred as Favorites) or Recent <\/strong>(those recently used). <\/p>\n\n\n\n

      To customize Board display settings on Home page:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      1. Tap on Home icon to open Home<\/strong> screen<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      2. Tap on the arrow on the right to expand <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

        You’ll be able to see Favorites<\/strong>, Recent, <\/strong>and My Other Boards <\/strong>sections. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

        If you are subscribed\/owner, or moved Items to Boards that belong to closed Spaces you are not a member of, you will find Boards in the section My other Boards<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        When you tap on one of the sections and then on the Board, you can search through the Items and Item Groups in the Search task <\/strong>bar at the top of the screen. Once you start typing, the tasks will be filtered according to the value typed in the search bar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        Customize your homepage widgets<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

        Customize your home page by managing widgets to fit your needs and display the most relevant information for you. To add or remove widgets from your home screen:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        1. Tap on the settings icon at the top right corner of the home page<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        2. Toggle the radio buttons to choose the widgets you want to display on home page<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        3. Tap Reset<\/strong> to complete the action<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

          1. Tap on the hamburger menu on the top left<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          2. Select Home<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          3. Select the Board from the list<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

            If you are subscribed\/owner, or moved Items to Boards that belong to closed Spaces you are not a member of, you can find those Boards in the section\u00a0My other Boards<\/strong>. To access My other Boards:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

              Board Menu<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

              Board menu lets you quickly access and modify info, view and sort on your Board. To access the Board menu:<\/p>\n\n\n

              Unsubscribe from Item\/Board<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

              If you’re working on multiple projects and receive a lot of Bell and Email Notifications on daily basis, then you’d probably like to reduce the amount of Notifications you get. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

              To unsubscribe from Item:<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n

              3. Click X<\/strong> next to your name to unsubscribe from the Item <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

                  1. Tap on the Item<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                  2. Tap on the Item subscribers icon on the top left<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                  3. Tap on the checkbox to remove a subscriber<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                  4. Tap Save<\/strong> to complete the action<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

                    You will be immediately unsubscribed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                    Only the Board Owner can unsubscribe other users from an Item.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

                    To unsubscribe from Board:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

                      \n
                    1. Navigate to the Board you’d like to unsubscribe from<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                    2. Click on the +Invite<\/strong> button at the top right corner of the Board<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                    3. You’ll see the list of members added to the Board<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                    4. Click X<\/strong> next to your name<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                    5. Click Unsubscribe<\/strong> in the confirmation modal<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

                      You’ll be automatically unsubscribed from the Board in question. This action is currently available on Web version of the app only.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                      Apart from unsubscribing yourself or some of your Team Members, the Owner can also unsubscribe the Team<\/a> from Item\/Board. Same steps are applied, except you search for the Team you’d like to unsubscribe from Item\/Board in the search box.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                      For a Board Owner to unsubscribe themself from a Board, they must transfer the Board Ownership to another member.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

                      Customize your Board View<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

                      With the Board View<\/a>, info you have available in the Board can be displayed according to your preferences. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

                      There are 4 types of Board Views available in Plaky:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
