Admins can deactivate and delete the accounts of other users (except for other Admins; only the Organization Owner can deactivate an Admin\u2019s account).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Deactivating a user’s account<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

To deactivate a user, follow these steps:<\/p>\n\n\n

  1. Click on three dots at the top left part of the screen<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Choose Administration<\/strong> from the menu<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Navigate to the User Account you’d like to deactivate<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Click the three dots<\/strong> on the right to open the menu<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Choose Deactivate user<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    You’ll get a toast message (at the bottom right corner) that the action was completed. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Users can also be deactivated directly within the CAKE.com organization. Once deactivated, users can only be deleted from there. For detailed instructions, check out this article<\/a>.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n<\/div>

    1. Tap on Users and teams<\/strong> on the home page<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. Tap on Everyone at [Organization_name]<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. Tap on the user you want to deactivate<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    4. Tap on Deactivate user<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
    5. Tap on Deactivate user<\/strong> in the confirmation modal to complete the action<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      A deactivated user will lose access to the Space or the account. Inactive users will appear with an “inactive” label if “Show inactive users” is enabled. If not, they will be visible in Trash, Archives, Last seen tab, Mentions, and so on.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Deleting a user\u2019s account<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      If you want to delete a user from your Plaky workspace, you will have to do it from your CAKE.com<\/a> account. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

      User must be deactivated before they can be deleted from the workspace\/organization.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

      To delete a user\u2019s account:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      1. Log in to your CAKE.com account<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n
      2. Navigate to the Members<\/strong> page<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      3. Click on a member<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      4. Click on the three dots<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
      5. Select the Delete user<\/strong> option<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      6. Confirm the deletion<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
