Dashboards erm\u00f6glichen es dir, mehrere Boards zu visualisieren und deren Daten mithilfe von Kreis- und Balkendiagrammen zu vergleichen. Das macht das Nachverfolgen von Projekten und Aufgaben deutlich einfacher und \u00fcbersichtlicher.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

So erstellst du ein Dashboard<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    Um ein Dashboard zu erstellen, musst du mindestens ein Board in einem Bereich haben.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

    Um ein Dashboard zu erstellen, folge diesen Schritten:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    1. Klicke auf die +<\/strong> Schaltfl\u00e4che in der linken Seitenleiste<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. W\u00e4hle Neues Dashboard<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. Gib den Namen des Dashboards ein<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    4. W\u00e4hle aus, ob das Dashboard privat sein soll (optional)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    5. Klicke auf Erstellen<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
    6. W\u00e4hle die Boards aus, die du verkn\u00fcpfen m\u00f6chtest<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    7. Klicke auf Speichern<\/strong>, um die Aktion abzuschlie\u00dfen<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      Falls du beim Erstellen des Dashboards keine Boards verkn\u00fcpft hast, kannst du das nachholen, sobald du das Dashboard \u00f6ffnest.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Widgets dem Dashboard hinzuf\u00fcgen<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      Sobald du das Dashboard erstellt hast, kannst du Diagramm-Widgets hinzuf\u00fcgen, um deine Daten in deinem Arbeitsbereich \u00fcbersichtlicher zu visualisieren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      So f\u00fcgst du Widgets zu einem Dashboard hinzu: <\/p>\n\n\n\n

        Widget-Einstellungen<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

        Du kannst jedes Widget so konfigurieren, dass es genau die Informationen anzeigt, die du auf deinem Dashboard ben\u00f6tigst. Um auf die Widget-Einstellungen zuzugreifen, klicke auf das Zahnrad-Symbol<\/strong> neben dem jeweiligen Widget. Hier kannst du Folgendes konfigurieren:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        Data sources<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

        You can select from which data sources your widget will pull information. To do this, open the settings panel and click on the Data sources dropdown<\/strong>. Here you can see all the connected Boards and Fields that are by default preselected, and you can then further customize which ones you want to include in the widget. This change will apply only to the selected widget.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        Chart type<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

        Es gibt 2 verschiedene Diagrammtypen, die du in deinem Dashboard verwenden kannst:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          Du kannst zwischen den Diagrammen w\u00e4hlen, indem du auf das Dropdown-Men\u00fc<\/strong> klickst, wenn du die Widget-Einstellungen \u00f6ffnest.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          Grouping and axis configuration<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

          Unabh\u00e4ngig davon, ob du ein Kreis- oder Balkendiagramm verwendest, stehen dir verschiedene Optionen zur Gruppierung von Elementen im Diagramm zur Verf\u00fcgung. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

          Bei Kreisdiagrammen kannst du festlegen, wie die Elemente gruppiert werden, indem du auf das Dropdown-Men\u00fc Gruppierung<\/strong> klickst.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          Bei Balkendiagrammen kannst du ausw\u00e4hlen, wie die Elemente gruppiert werden, indem du auf das Dropdown-Men\u00fc X-Achse<\/strong> klickst.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          Sorting<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

          Elemente k\u00f6nnen in aufsteigender oder absteigender Reihenfolge sortiert werden. Du kannst dies \u00e4ndern, indem du im Einstellungen-Men\u00fc auf das Dropdown-Men\u00fc Sortieren nach<\/strong> klickst.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          Edit label color<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

          Du kannst die Labelfarben in einem Diagramm \u00e4ndern, um Elementgruppen leicht zu erkennen. Klicke dazu einfach auf die Schaltfl\u00e4che Labelfarbe bearbeiten<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          Filter<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

          You can apply filters to the widget and select which Fields will be shown. Here\u2019s how to do this:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          2. Click on the Board dropdown<\/strong> to select the Board<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          3. Select what you want to include for that specific Board<\/li>\n\n\n\n

            Filters across different Boards are connected together. This means that if you use Filters for Board1, but not for Board2, the widget will display filtered results for Board1 and all results for Board2.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            Verkn\u00fcpfte Boards und \u00fcbereinstimmende Felder<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

            The system will try to automatically map Fields based on their Type and Name.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

              \n
            • Status, Tag, and Person Fields are automatically mapped if they have identical names across different Boards<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            • If 2 or more Boards have the same name for a certain Field, while other Boards use a different name, the system will by default map only the Fields from the two same Boards<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            • If there are no 2 Boards with the same name, and all Boards have a different name for a certain Field, the system will not automatically map them  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

              You can override which Boards are connected to the Dashboard and what Fields should match.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

              So \u00e4nderst du verkn\u00fcpfte Boards:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                To set matching Fields, follow these steps:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                2. Click on Customize<\/strong> under a certain Field type<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                3. Click on the dropdown to select the Field<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                4. Click Done<\/strong> to complete the action<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

                  Export the Dashboard and share it with others<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

                  Dashboards are an excellent way to showcase your work to coworkers and partners outside of your Plaky Workspace. To do this, you will have to export the Dashboard and then send it forward. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

                  Here\u2019s how to export a Dashboard:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                  1. Click on the Export<\/strong> button on the right<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                  2. Select the format (PDF, PNG, ZIP)<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
