However, you\u2019ll need to pay $24\/user\/month for the Advanced plan to get access to goals.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This brings me to my biggest issue with Asana \u2014 the high prices.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You need to pay $10.99\/user\/month to get access to features such as Gantt charts and dashboards, and a whopping $24.99\/user\/month to get goals and native time tracking.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The customer support was a bit of a letdown as well, especially considering the cost.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On the free plan, if you want help, you need to get through the chatbot on the help page to create a ticket for the support team and wait for them to answer you on your email. It felt like whatever I was doing, no matter how small, there were several choices I needed to make, which made me feel exhausted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you have a multitude of complex projects and workflows, then ClickUp can certainly handle it and you should give it a go. But in my case, I think I\u2019d go for something simpler.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Moreover, ClickUp\u2019s customer support system is somewhat confusing. It offers 24\/7 support on all plans, although it doesn\u2019t include a live chat option in the free plan.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">However, their response time leaves a lot to be desired \u2014 on the free plan, the response time is 48 hours, while on the Unlimited and Business plans, it\u2019s 24. I have been using it on and off for a while and can say I\u2019ve got the hang of it now, but in the beginning, I struggled. The organization of the documents is kind of sloppy in my opinion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I (like many others) like to organize my documents into folders, so I can\u2019t understand why a PM tool that puts an emphasis on documents doesn\u2019t have that feature. I solved this problem by creating a blank page and organized connected documents as subpages. But this isn\u2019t the same as having clearly organized folders.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">That said, you can connect Notion pages using backlinks, as well as sort them according to the last edited documents in the left sidebar, which improves the organization a lot. However, I still miss the familiar top-down structure that\u2019s present in most team and project management tools.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Finally, if you need the help of Notion\u2019s customer support, you can chat with Notion\u2019s AI chatbot in the app or send them an email. You can also leave reactions to messages, but there\u2019s no reply-in-thread option, so the comment section can get cluttered after a while.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">My main issue with Trello is that the Free and Standard plans include only the Kanban view. So if you want Timeline, Map, Dashboard, or Table view, you need to pay $10\/user\/month.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I was also disappointed with Trello\u2019s customer support. On the free plan, you have to rely on Atlassian\u2019s community support, which means going to forums where you can chat with other Trello users.
